Research data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation test and stepwise regression analysis with SPSS software version 23 and the significance level of the tests was considered 0.05.
Results: The results showed that 57 teachers (61.29%) were males and 36 (38.70%) were females. The mean and standard deviation of age for male teachers was 37.91 ± 4.54years and the mean and standard deviation of age for female teachers was 34.19 ± 3.82 years. There was a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and work engagement and also a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and work engagement with coronary anxiety. 12.5% of the variance of corona anxiety was explained by job satisfaction and a total of 19.6% of the variance of coronar anxiety was explained by job satisfaction and work engagement.
