Review: Background: With the auto-parts industry to date, still, man, play an important role in various areas of design, operation, maintenance and monitoring of the system plays. All activities in the sectors affected by the special working conditions or career opportunities that are given to us at the time, formed a triad MTO (human, technology and organization) merits. Therefore, the promotion of safety in order to reduce human error, to identify and assess the situation, as it is a necessity. Methods: This study is a descriptive - analytic case study, that, in the control room and maintenance of the operational areas of gas transmission company, has been done. To do research, first identification of critical jobs, then provided a questionnaire to assess conditions performance commons(CPCs). After getting questioners fuzzy results, with use of the fuzzy CREAM, probability controls and the Cognitive Failure Probability total(CFPt) was determined. Results: According to results of basic CREAM fuzzy approach, to all tasks, shift, shift supervisor, shift chief and repairs, tactical control was determined. Conclusion: With method of CREAM fuzzy, f CPCs associated with improved safety performance, including working conditions, the time available to do the work, Availability of procedures. They cause tactical control. According to the results of this study, none of the CPCs, the operator did not reduce performance.
