fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر درک ریسک و استفاده صحیح کارکنان از استفاده از وسایل حفاظت تنفسی درچهار شرکت ملی پخش فرآورده های نفتی The association between risk perception and knowledge with the behavior of using respiratory protection devices in the four National Oil Products Distribution Company ایمنی و حوادث ناشی از کار Safety and occupational accidents پژوهشي Research مقدمه: درک صحیحی از رابطه بین درک ریسک، آگاهی و رفتارهای محافظتی می‌تواند نقش مهمی در مدیریت ریسک شغلی داشته باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر درک ریسک و استفاده صحیح کارکنان از تجهیزات حفاظت تنفسی در چهار شرکت ملی پخش فرآورده های نفتی بود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی که در سال 1397 انجام شد، 52 کارگر از بخشهای بارگیری و کنترل کیفیت 4 شرکت ملی پخش فرآوردههای نفتی شهر سبزوار، بجنورد، تربت حیدریه و شاهرود شرکت کردند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که روایی و پایایی آن نیز بررسی شد (9/0 CVI: و 92/0 CVR: و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 73/0 تعیین شد) جمع‌آوری، و آنالیز دادهها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS19 و مدلهای آمار توصیفی و رگرسیون خطی تحلیل شدند. نتایج: بیش از نیمی از شرکت‌کنندگان در تمام مدتی که در معرض مواد شیمیایی بودند از وسایل حفاظت تنفسی (Respiratory Protective Devices) RPDs استفاده میکردند. در حالیکه 75٪ از آنها گزارش کردند که استفاده از RPDs کیفیت کار آنها را کاهش می‌دهد. در این مطالعه، رابطۀ معناداری بین رفتار استفاده از RPDs با آگاهی و درک خطر وجود نداشت (05/0P>). با این حال، ارتباط بین سابقه، نوع کاری و رفتار استفاده از RPDs دارای رابطه معنی‌دار معکوس بود (009/0 = P). نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش و آگاهی به تنهایی نمیتواند درک ریسک افراد و در نتیجه رفتار محافظتی آنها را بهبود بخشد. بنابراین بایستی موانع دیگر از جمله راحت نبودن وسایل حفاظت فردی تنفسی و یا تداخل آن با کارکارگر مورد ملاحظه قرار گیرد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، مسئولان ایمنی و بهداشت شرکتها موظفند علاوه بر انتخاب صحیح این وسایل به کیفیت آن نیز توجه کنند. Introduction: Having a clear understanding of the relationship between risk perception, knowledge, and protective behaviors could play a significant role in occupational risk management. This study aimed to survey the relationship between risk perception and knowledge on the behavior of using respiratory protection equipment in the four National Oil Products Distribution Company. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in 2018, 52 workers from the loading and quality control departments of 4 national companies distributing petroleum products in Sabzevar, Bojnourd, Torbat Heydariyeh, and Shahroud participated. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were assessed (CVI: 0.9 and CVR: 0.92 and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was determined to be 0.73), and data were analyzed using SPSS19 software, and descriptive statistics and linear regression were analyzed. Results: More than half of the participants, who were exposed to the chemicals, use RPDs (Respiratory Protective Devices) all the time and when they are exposed to chemicals. While 75% of them reported using RPDs (Respiratory Protective Devices), reduces the quality of their work. In this study, there was not any significant relationship between RPDs behavior with knowledge and risk perception (P > 0.05). However, the association between work experience and RPDs was negatively significant (p= 0.009).  Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that only education and knowledge could not promote individual risk perception, improving protective behavior, therefore other barriers such as uncomfortably of RPDs, or their interference with the worker should be considered.
