<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه :</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> سرب فلزی سمی است که در پوسته زمین یافت می‏شود و به علت چگالی، شکلپذیری، مقاومت بالا و نقطه ذوب پایین</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">،</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> از 7000 سال پیش مورداستفاده بشر بوده است. استفاده</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> وسیع </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">از این فلز در صنعت، علاوه بر مواجهه شاغلین، منجر به آلودگی گسترده محیط‏‏‏زیست‏ و بروز مشکلات سلامت عمومی در بسیاری از نقاط جهان شده است. با توجه به گستردگی استفاده از سرب در مشاغل مختلف و اهمیت عوارض ناشی از آن، درمان شاغلین دارای علائم مواجهه با این ماده اهمیت خاصی در طب کار و سلامت شغلی کشورها داشته است، لذا در این مقاله، به مروری بر رویکرد به علائم ناشی از مواجهه با سرب شاغلین دارای مسمومیت با سرب میپردازیم.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش بررسی :</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در این مطالعه باهدف بررسی درمانهای موجود جهت کنترل عوارض ناشی از مواجهه با سرب در محیطهای کاری، بانکهای اطلاعاتی </span></span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">GoogleScholar, PubMed, Scopus</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> از سال 1980 تا 2021 و همچنین دستورالعملهای </span></span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">CDC, ACOEM, OSHA, WHO </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">ATSDR</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> با روش جستجوی موضوعی بررسی شد.تعداد 19 مقاله و 5 دستورالعمل انتخاب و در نگارش این مقاله مورداستفاده قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="text-autospace:none"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافتهها :</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> بررسیها نشان داد که در شاغلین در تماس با سرب در ارزیابیهای دورهای توجه به سیستمهای مختلف بدن و انجام اقدامات تکمیلی در صورت شک به مسمومیت به سرب لازم است.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

The wide use of this metal in the industry, in addition to the exposure of workers, has led to widespread environmental pollution and public health problems in many parts of the world. Due to the widespread use of lead in various occupations and the importance of its complications, the treatment of workers with symptoms of exposure to this substance has been of particular importance in the occupational medicine and occupational health of countries, therefore, in this article, it was reviewed the approach to the symptoms caused by lead exposure inworkers with lead poisoning</span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span></span></span></span></span>
