fa ارزیابی پارامترهای تأثیرگذار بر علل رخداد حوادث شغلی صنعت ساخت‌وساز با استفاده از روش تلفیقی Fuzzy logic-AHP و نظریه پارتو ( مطالعه‌ی موردی : استان کردستان ایمنی و حوادث ناشی از کار Safety and occupational accidents پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه: آمار نشان می‌دهد که حوادث شغلی صنعت ساخت‌وساز، از حیث کمی بالا می‌باشند. هم‌چنین درصد قابل‌توجهی از این حوادث در این صنعت، منجر به فوت می‌شوند. لذا در این مطالعه، پارامترهای تأثیرگذار بر علل رخداد حوادث شغلی صنعت ساخت‌وساز با استفاده از روش تلفیقی Fuzzy logic-AHP و نظریه پارتو در استان کردستان ارزیابی شد و تدابیر مدیریتی و مهندسی کاهش‌دهنده، تعیین شدند.<br> روش بررسی: در این مطالعه پارامترهای مؤثر در رخداد حوادث صنعت ساخت‌وساز شناسایی و پرسش‌نامه‌ای بر مبنای تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی طراحی و توزیع شد که توسط 83 نفر از متخصصان ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه‌ای استان کردستان ایران، تکمیل شد. سپس تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس روش تلفیقی Fuzzy logic-AHP و نظریه پارتو صورت گرفت.<br> نتایج: در ارزیابی این مطالعه، از مجموعه‌ی هشت فاکتور موردنظر، شرایط ناایمن، تأثیرگذارترین فاکتور شناخته شد. هم‌چنین، از زیرفاکتورهای این شاخص، دو پارامتر فقدان داربست و تجهیزات ایمن کار در ارتفاع و فقدان نرده‌های حفاظتی در پرتگاه‌های موجود، دارای بیشترین اهمیت بودند.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این نتایج پیشنهاد می‌شود به‌منظور کاهش رخداد حوادث در این صنعت، اقدامات کنترلی در راستای ایجاد شرایط ایمن کار در ارتفاع، در اولویت قرار بگیرد. هم‌چنین توجه به پارامترهای تعیین‌شده توسط نظریه پارتو در هر فاکتور، می‌تواند به سهولت بیش از 80 درصد از علل رخداد حوادث شغلی این صنعت را کاهش بدهد.&nbsp; </span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span> <div> <div> <div class="msocomtxt" id="_com_1" language="JavaScript" on=""><illegal tag=""></illegal></div> </div> </div> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">Introduction:</span></span></i></b><b> </b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">Statistics show that occupational accidents in the construction industry are relatively high. Also, a significant percentage of these accidents in this industry leads to death. Therefore, in this study, the parameters affecting the causes of occupational accidents in the construction industry were evaluated using the combined method of Fuzzy logic-AHP and Pareto&#39;s theory in Kurdistan province, and management and engineering mitigation measures were determined.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">Methods and Materials</span></span></i></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">: In this study, the effective parameters in the occurrence of accidents in the construction industry were identified and a questionnaire based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis was designed and distributed, which was completed by 83 occupational health and safety specialists in the Kurdistan province of Iran. The data analysis was done based on Fuzzy logic-AHP and Pareto theory.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">Results:</span></span></i></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">&nbsp;In the evaluation of this study, out of the set of eight factors, unsafe conditions were found to be the most influential factor. Also, among the sub-factors of this index, the two parameters of lack of scaffolding and safety equipment for working at height and lack of protective fences in existing cliffs were the most important.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><i><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">Conclusion:</span></span></i></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">&nbsp;Based on these results, it is suggested that to reduce the occurrence of accidents in this industry, control measures to create safe working conditions at height should be prioritized.
