fa تغییر اقلیم: بزرگترین چالش قرن معاصر برای شاغلین عوامل فیزیکی Physical agents سرمقاله Editorial <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تغییرات اقلیم به عنوان بزرگترین چالش قرن اثرات گسترده‌ای بر شاغلین دارد. این تغییرات می‌توانند سبب افزایش شیوع بیماری‌های ناشی از گرما، از بین رفتن مشاغل و زیان اقتصادی برای کسب و کارها،</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تغییر الگوهای مهاجرت نیروی کار و کاهش بهره وری شغلی شوند. بنابراین، با توجه به این حقیقت که تغییر اقلیم در حال حاضر و در آینده یکی از مهمترین چالش‌های زیست محیطی محسوب می‌شود، لذا پیش‌نگری بلند مدت متغیرهای اقلیمی برای اطلاع از میزان تغییرات و در نتیجه در نظر گرفتن تمهیدات لازم برای کاهش اثرات سوء ناشی از تغییر اقلیم باید مورد توجه متخصصان مختلف از جمله متخصصان علوم محیطی قرار گیرد. در این راستا متخصصین علوم بهداشتی در راستای رسالت خود (علم پیشگیری) در پی یافتن و سازماندهی نمودن راهبردهایی برای کاهش این اثرات زیانبار بر روی سلامت افراد جامعه و شاغلین می‌باشند. انجام پژوهش‌های مرتبط با تغییر اقلیم برای آمادگی هر چه بیشتر جهت سازگاری با این پدیده و نیز کاهش هزینه‌های خسارت‌بار ناشی از این تغییرات بسیار ضروری است</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&nbsp;&nbsp; Climate change, as the greatest challenge of the century, has widespread effects on workers. These changes can lead to an increase in heat-related diseases, loss of jobs, and economic damage to businesses, change labor migration patterns</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">and a decrease in job productivity. Therefore, considering the fact that climate change is currently and in the future considered one of the most important environmental challenges, long-term forecasting of climate variables to understand the extent of changes and consequently taking necessary measures to reduce the adverse effects of climate change should be of concern to various experts, including environmental science professionals. In this regard, public health experts, in line with their mission (the science of prevention), are seeking and organizing strategies to reduce these harmful effects on the health of communities and workers.
