fa رابطه هوش معنوی با مولفه‌های فرسودگی شغلی در معلمان زن عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: هوش معنوی، توانایی به کارگیری و بروز ارزش‌های معنوی است به گونه‌ای که موجب ارتقای کارکرد روزانه و سلامت جسمی و روانی فرد می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی با مولفه‌های فرسودگی شغلی در معلمان زن شهر یزد بود. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود، جامعه پژوهش شامل تمام معلمین زن شهر یزد بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای تعداد 133 نفر انتخاب شدند سپس ‌پرسشنامه هوش معنوی و پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی بر روی آنها اجرا گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین فراوانی و شدت خستگی عاطفی و فراوانی و شدت مسخ شخصیت با هوش معنوی رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار وجود دارد(01/0>P) و بین فراوانی و شدت عملکرد شخصی با هوش معنوی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد(01/0>P)، ولی بین فراوانی و شدت درگیری با هوش معنوی معلمان رابطه‌ای یافت نشد(05/0<P‌). نتیجه‌گیری: با آموزش مولفه‌های هوش معنوی می‌توان از برخی از ابعاد فرسودگی شغلی در معلمان پیشگیری کرد. Background: Spiritual intelligence is the ability to apply spiritual values and updated so that they improve daily functioning and the individual's physical and mental health. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence components of burnout in teachers of Yazd city. Methods: The research method was descriptive– correlation. Population of this research consisted of female teachers. 133 teachers were selected by using cluster sampling. The instruments of this research were Spiritual intelligence questionnaire and Burnout Inventory. Results: The results showed that the frequency and intensity of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization frequency was negative and showed a significant relationship with spiritual intelligence (P<0.01) and there was a significant positive relationship between The frequency and severity of the personal function and spiritual intelligence however, no relationship was found between the frequency and intensity of conflicts with spiritual intelligence (P>0.05).
