fa بارداری و شغل طب کار occupational medicine مروری Review Article مقدمه: زنان باردار شاغل، توجه جدی کارفرمایان و همچنین خودشان را می‌طلبند. در این مطالعه، بررسی متقابل بارداری و شغل مدنظر است. روش بررسی: این مقاله مروری شامل قسمت‌های مختلفی از جمله تعریف اصطلاحات، اهمیت توجه به موضوع بارداری زنان شاغل، خطرات محیط کار برای زنان باردار شاغل، تغییر تناسب شاغل با کار حین بارداری، برخی ملاحظات خاص، تجویزهای متخصص طب کار در حاملگی و شیردهی و مشکلات پس از زایمان می‌باشد. نتایج: خطرات محیط کار برای زنان باردار شاغل، همان مواردی است که برای سلامتی یا ایمنی مادر یا جنین او مضرند. این خطرات، شامل خطرات فیزیکی، شیمیایی، بیولوژیک، سایکولوژیک و ارگونومیک هستند. بارداری در تناسب زن شاغل با کار نیز تغییراتی ایجاد می‌کند. بعد از زایمان هم توجه به مادر شاغل لازم است. نتیجه‌گیری: پس از شناسایی خطرات در محیط کار، می‌توان روش‌های مناسب کنترلی را به کار گرفت. کنترل این مخاطرات، واکسیناسیون‌ها و توصیه‌های پس از تماس از وظایف متخصص طب کار برای خانم باردار شاغل است. Introduction: Pregnant employees demand special attention from their employers and themselves. In this study,the focus is on the interaction between pregnancy and occupation. Methods: This study was a review article. Authentic articles, sites and books on occupational medicine, fitness for work and obstetrics were used. This study consisted of different parts including: definition of terms, the importance of issue of pregnancy in employees, pregnancy changes that affect fitness to work, some special considerations, prescription of occupational specialist during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postnatal issues. Results: The workplace hazards to the pregnant employees were factors that were harmful to the health or safety of the mother and/or fetus. These hazards included: physical, chemical, biologic, psychologic and ergonomic-hazard. Pregnancy made changes in fitness of pregnant employees. After delivery attention to the mothers was required, too. Conclusion: After identifying the risks at each workplace, appropriate methods of control could be used.
