fa بررسی تأثیر مداخله مکانیزاسیون بر ریسک ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در کارگران واحد تولید قارچ خوراکی ارگونومی Ergonomics پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> مکانیزاسیون یکی از راه&shy;های گذر از کشاورزی سنتی به کشاورزی پایدار است که با هدف کاهش ناراحتی جسمی و روحی به اصلاح شیوه، ابزار و شرایط انجام کار می&shy;پردازد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی ریسک فاکتورهای ناراحتی&shy;های اسکلتی- عضلانی و مداخله مکانیزاسیون به منظور کاهش این ناراحتی&shy;ها می&shy;باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی به صورت مداخله&shy;ای و بر روی 80 نفر از کارگران یک واحد تولیدی قارچ خوراکی انجام پذیرفت. به منظور جمع&shy;آوری داده&shy;ها در قبل و بعد مداخلات از پرسشنامه نوردیک و جهت ارزیابی فشار کاری وضعیت بدن در حین کار از روش تلفیقی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری کای اسکور و رگرسیون لجستیک انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته&shy; ها و نتیجه &shy;گیری</strong>: تحلیل رگرسیون نتایج نشان داد که بین درد کمر، زانو، شانه، انگشتان دست و ساعد با مکانیزه شدن؛ درد کمر و زانو با تعداد ساعت&shy;های کاری در هفته و نمایه توده بدنی؛ درد کمر، زانو، شانه و بازو با سن ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد و به دلیل کاهش قابل ملاحظه اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی پس از مداخله مکانیزاسیون، کاربرد تجهیزات استاندارد در مراحل نیمه مکانیزه برداشت و بسته&shy;بندی قارچ پیشنهاد شد.</p> <p><strong>Background and aims</strong>:Agricultural mechanization is a method for transiting from traditional agriculture towards industrial and sustainable one that follows the body and psychic discomfort reduction by method, devices and work condition reformation. The aim of the present study was to assess risk factors related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and mechanization intervention to reduce these disorders.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>:This interventional study (descriptive-analytical) was conducted on 80 workers in a edible mushroom producing unit. The Nordic MSDs Questionnaire and mixed-method were used to collect data and the postural workloads evaluation before and after the interventions, respectively. &chi;2 and logistic regression were performed to analyze the data.</p> <p><strong>Results and Conclusion</strong>: Regression analysis showed significant relationship between, shoulder, fingerhands and wrist and mechanization, between the pain of back and knee and The number of working hours per week and body math index, between the pain of back, knee, shoulder and arm and age.
