fa نقش تحمل نوبتکاری و استرس شغلی به عنوان پیش‌بین‌های رضایت زناشویی آتش‌نشانان شهر مشهد The Role of Shift work Tolerance and Job Stress as Predictions of Marital Satisfaction among Mashhad City Firefighters عمومى General پژوهشي Research <hr>مقدمه: رضایت زناشویی یکی از مهمترین شاخصهای رضایت از زندگی است که بر سلامت روان و میزان رضایت از زندگی زوجین تأثیر میگذارد. بنابراین شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت زناشویی ضروری میباشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش تحمل نوبتکاری و استرس شغلی به عنوان پیش بینهای رضایت زناشویی آتش نشانان شهر مشهد میباشد. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی، جامعه آماری کلیه آتشنشانان متأهل شهر مشهد در سال 1395 (780 نفر) بودند. نمونه پژوهش 258 آتشنشان بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری چند مرحلهای، انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان با استفاده از پرسشنامههای زمینه یابی نوبتکاران (بارتون و همکاران، 1995)، استرس شغلی رایس، 1992) و رضایت زناشویی (اُلسون، 1989) مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل دادهها، از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون با روش مرحله ای با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد. نتایج: یافتهها نشان داد، ضریب همبستگی تحمل نوبتکاری (629/0 =r) و استرس شغلی (695/0- =r) با رضایت زناشویی معنی دار میباشد (0001/0< P). تحلیل رگرسیون با روش مرحله ای نشان داد که به ترتیب متغیرهای استرس شغلی و تحمل نوبتکاری میتوانند رضایت زناشویی آتشنشانان را پیش بینی کنند (514/0R2=، 0001/0>P). نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر اهمیت استرس شغلی و تحمل نوبتکاری را به عنوان پیش بینهای رضایت زناشویی آتش نشانان نشان داد. بنابراین توصیه میشود با فراهم ساختن شرایط لازم برای کاهش استرس شغلی و افزایش تحمل نوبتکاری آتش نشانان، رضایت زناشویی و به دنبال آن کارایی و احساس رضایت از زندگی آنان افزایش یابد.   Introduction: Marital satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of life satisfaction, which affects on mental health and the level of life satisfaction of couples. Therefore identify factors affecting marital satisfaction is necessary. The aim of present study is investigating the role of shift work tolerance and job stress as predictions of marital satisfaction. Method: In this descriptive correlational study, the population is all martial firefighters in Mashhad city (N=780) in 2017. 258 firefighters were selected by stratified random sampling method. Participants were measured by using Survey of Shiftworkers (Barton et al., 1995), job stress (Rice, 1992) and marital satisfaction questionnaires (Olson, 1989). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis by SPSS-22 software. Results: Findings indicate that correlation coefficients between shift work tolerance (r = 0.629) and job stress (r = - 0.695) with marital satisfaction were significant (P<0.0001). Stepwise regression analysis showed that job stress and shift work tolerance can predict the marital satisfaction (R2=0.514, p<0.0001). Conclusion: The results show importance job stress and shift work tolerance as strong predictions of marital satisfaction.
