fa تعیین تاثیر پیاده سازی و اجرا برنامه چک لیست حاصل از بازرسی های رسمی در شناسایی خطرات در یک صنعت خودروسازی ایمنی و حوادث ناشی از کار Safety and occupational accidents پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong>امروزه، نگرانی و مساله اصلی سازمان های مسئول در زمینه ی ایمنی،شناسایی و حذف خطراتی است که زندگی مردم را تهدید کرده و می تواند باعث ایجاد صدمه شود، ﺷﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﺘﻮان ﺑﺎاﺣﺘﻴﺎط ﮔﻔﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻣـﺮوزه ﺣﺘـﻲ درﻛﺸﻮرﻫﺎی ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺣﻮادث زﻳﺎدی رخ ﻣﻲدﻫﻨـﺪ.یک روش رایج تجزیه و تحلیل ایمنی و پیشگیری ازحوادث، بازرسی کردن می&shy;باشدکه هدف از این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر پیاده سازی و اجرا برنامه چک لیست حاصل از بازرسی های رسمی در شناسایی خطرات در یک صنعت خودروسازی می باشد. <strong><span dir="LTR"></span></strong><br> <strong>مواد و روش:</strong>برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش کتابخانه ای و پیمایش استفاده شد. که در قسمتهای نظری وتدوین پرسشنامه از روش کتابخانه ای ودر جمع آوری داده ها از روش پیمایش استفاده شد.در این تحقیق به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از آمارتوصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد.که نمونه ها به همراه نمودارهای فراوانی بررسی شدند. و داده هاجهت آنالیز و تحلیل وارد نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;stata </span>شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong>دراین مطالعه 716آیتم چک لیست مشخص شده، 459(64/0درصد) خطر قبل و 579 (81/0 درصد)خطربعد از استفاده چک لیست تشخیص داده شد.و تفاوت معناداری بین این دو نسبت وجود داشت.که به بیان دیگر اجرای چک لیست در شناسایی خطرات موثر است.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">بحث و نتیجه گیری:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻛﻪ در شرکت مورد</span> <span dir="RTL">مطالعه</span><span dir="RTL"> ،چک لیست نقش اساسی در شناسایی خطرات نداشت و به صورت مدون از چک لیست استفاده نمی&shy;شد،بهتر است در بازرسی&shy;ها از چک لیست بهره گرفت.بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه نتیجه&shy; گیری می&shy;شود که بازرسی به کمک چک لیست می&shy;تواند تاثیر چشمگیری در شناسایی خطرات داشته باشد</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL">واژگان کلیدی:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">چک لیست، بازرسی،خطرات،خودرو سازی</span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>today, the main concern of the responsible organizations in the field of safety is identifying and eliminating the dangers that threaten people`s lives and it can cause damage. Perhaps it can be said with caution that today there are so many incidents in the industrialized countries. A common approach to safety analysis and accident prevention is to inspect. The purpose of this study is to determinr the impact of the implementation of the schedule of checklist resulting from official inspections in identifying hazards in an automative industry.<br> <strong>Materials and ways: </strong>the library and scrolling method was used to collect data. In the theoretical sections, a questionnaire was developed using a library method and a scrolling method was used to collect data. In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the information. The samples were reviewed along with numerous charts. And the data were entered into the stata software for analysis.<br> <strong>Findings: </strong>in this study, 716 items are marked with a check list, 459 (0.64%) risk befor and 579 (0.81%) the risk was detected after a checklist. There was a significant difference between the two ratios. In other words, the implementation of the checklist is effective in identifying the dangers.<br> <strong>Discussion and conclusion</strong><br> Regarding the fact that in the case study company, the checklist did not play a major role in hazard identification and was not included in the checklist. It`s better to take advantage of checklist.
