fa کاربرد روش QFD در طراحی مسواک معلولان آسیب نخاعی گردنی (تتراپلژی) ارگونومی Ergonomics پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>آسیب نخاعی، عملکرد فیزیکی از دسته رفته ای است که ضمن بروز محدودیت های جسمانی قادر است زیان های روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی نیز به همراه آورد. سلامت دهان و دندان به عنوان یکی از موارد مرتبط با کیفیت فیزیکی زندگی شناخته شده است. فراهم سازی شرایطی برای استقلال هر چه بیشتر این افراد در مسواک زدن می تواند به ارتقا سطح بهداشت دهان و دندان کمک نماید. هدف از این مقاله، ارائه الگوهای مناسب برای طراحی مسواک با تاکید بر معلولان تتراپلژی است. &nbsp;<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این مقاله بر اساس روش تحقیق موردی به انجام رسیده است. روش&shy;های متعددی برای جمع&shy;آوری اطلاعات به کار گرفته شد از جمله مشاهده، مصاحبه و استفاده از روش گسترش کیفیت خدمات (<span dir="LTR">QFD</span>). جامعه آماری بکارگرفته شده در این تحقیق تعداد 10 نفر معلول آسیب نخاعی گردنی (5<span dir="LTR">C</span>-7<span dir="LTR">C</span>) می&shy;باشد. روش <span dir="LTR">QFD</span> در این پژوهش بر اساس خواسته&shy;های مشتری، ویژگی خدمت و عملیات فرآیند اجرا شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>یافته&shy;ها: </strong><span dir="RTL">نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد </span><span dir="RTL">که، دسته مسواک با توجه به محدودیت های حرکتی معلولان و بررسی مجدد ابعاد کف دست آنها باید از گیرش به جای چنگش استفاده شود. </span><span dir="RTL">و همچنین با توجه به دامنه حرکتی مشترک بین معلولان ،چرخش مجموعه برس در دو جهت و ثابت شدن برس در 4 درجه، زاویه بین برس مسواک و دسته در نظر گرفته شده است</span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>با عنایت حاصله اینگونه به نظر می&shy;رسد که برای طراحی محصول باید به وزن، سادگی، مواد به کار&shy;رفته در محصول، توجه شود. به دلیل گیرشی&shy;بودن دسته مسواک مقدار کمی فشار بر روی دست الزامی می&shy;باشد. <strong><em>Background:</em></strong> The spinal cord trauma is a lost physical performance that causes physical limitations in addition to mental, social and economic disadvantages. The mouth and tooth health is known as one of the related issues to the physical quality of life. Providing the conditions of the more independence for these people in brushing teeth can improve the level of mouth and tooth hygiene. The aim of this study is offering proper patterns in designing toothbrush by emphasizing on the tetraplegia handicapped.<br> <strong><em>Methods:</em></strong>&nbsp;The results indicate, by considering the motoric limitations of spinal cord injury handicapped (C5-C7) and re-revaluating the dimensions of their palms, it should use stammer instead of grip. Also, by considering the movement rang among handicaps, the rotation of the brush set in 2 directions, brush fixation in 4 degrees and the angle between the brush and handle has been considered.<br> <strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The results show that the light and sanitary materials should be used in producing. The handle of toothbrush should have a little friction with the user&rsquo;s hand. The pressure points should be identified and investigated, but a little pressure on hand is necessary due to grip of toothbrush.<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> It seems that in designing a product, the weight, the facility and the used material must be considered.
