fa بررسی ریسک کمی نقاط حادثه خیز در محدوده میدان شهید بهشتی تا میدان ابوذر شهر یزد با روش شاخص تعداد- شدت تصادفات ایمنی و حوادث ناشی از کار Safety and occupational accidents كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تصادفات یکی از بزرگترین مشکلات سلامت عمومی در جهان است. این در حالی است که بیشتر قربانیان جوان هستند و قبل از تصادف دارای سلامتی کامل بوده‌اند. مطالعات سازمان جهانی بهداشت حاکی از آن است که در سال 2020 میلادی تصادفات جاده‌ای یکی از سه عامل عمدۀ مرگ و میر در جهان خواهد شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این پژوهش با توجه به انتخاب مسیر درون</span></span><span style="font-family:Mitra;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شهری، با روش شاخص تعداد </span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> شدت حادثه در یک دورۀ یک ساله، اقدام به شناسایی نقاط حادثه‌خیز کرد. برای وزن‌دهی به شدت تصادفات (جرحی، فوتی و خسارتی) از جدول ضرایب پیشنهادی ایالت جورجیای آمریکا استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مطالعه، 6 واحد فضایی به عنوان نقاط حادثه‌خیز(1/9 % ) و 19 واحد فضایی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Yellow Zone</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(8/28%) شناسایی شد؛ که به صورت بالقوه پتانسیل تبدیل شدن به نقاط حادثه‌خیز را دارند. در نهایت 41 واحد فضایی(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ColdZone</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 1/62%) شناسایی شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از مهمترین راهکارهای کاهش حوادث ترافیکی، بازنگری در علایم راهنمایی و رانندگی از نظر تعداد، اندازه، مکان، ارتفاع و نصب سرعت‌گیر در نقاط حادثه‌خیز، احداث زیر‌گذر و نصب پل‌های هوایی با تعبیۀ پله برقی در نقاط حادثه‌خیز، طراحی برنامۀ آموزشی جامع و بلندمدت برای اصلاح فرهنگ راهنمایی و رانندگی و غیره است.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <em><strong>Introduction:</strong></em>&nbsp;Accidents are one of the biggest public health problems in the world<strong>.&nbsp;</strong>At the same time, most young victims are in good health before the accident. World Health Organization studies indicate that in 2020 road accidents will be one of three of the three leading causes of death globally.<br> <em><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong></em>&nbsp;Due to selecting the inner-city route, this study identified the accident hot zones by the number-accident intensity index method in one year. The table of coefficients proposed by the state of Georgia was used to weigh the severity of the accidents (injuries, deaths, and damages).<br> <em><strong>Results:</strong></em>&nbsp;In this study, six spatial units were identified as hot zones ( 9/1% ), and 19 spatial units were identified as yellow zones ( 28/8% ); as.
